Reel Editor is a self-hosted video editing tool that helps you create short-form vertical video reels from raw clips, with features including automated captions, audio normalization, and direct publishing to Instagram and YouTube.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Reel Editor. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

Reel Editor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Publishing to Instagram or YouTube is subject to those platforms' availability and API limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Editor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel Editor and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Reel Editor at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
